Our Philosophy

At Cambridge Computers, we know that our customers are busy students who have undertaken the immense challenge of professional school.  Procuring a computer while you are in the HPSP should not be complicated, nor should it be costly.  With this in mind, we strive to make our service hassle-free.  Simply, our objective is to facilitate your computer acquisition and then get our of your way so you can focus on the things that matter.  The following are the four cornerstones of our leasing program:

• Dependable computers: first and foremost, we seek out capable computers to serve your academic needs.  We don't disseminate used machines to our customers; you will receive your computer sealed in the box, as we received it from the factory.
• Simple billing: your first lease payment will be due at the commencement of our lease agreement.  Subsequent payments will be due annually.
• Clear documentation: we start with a concise lease agreement which specifies our mutual responsibilities.  An invoice will be sent as your payment due dates approach, so that you have clear records of each payment.
• No hidden fees: our base charge includes shipping costs and applicable Texas taxes.  At the termination of our lease agreement, we even cover the return shipping.  At the end of the day, there should be no additional cost to you.

One of the glossy pamphlets you received when you were recruited to join the HPSP stated that you would be reimbursed for a computer while in school, but like many HPSP students have reported to us, you likely had no idea there would be no convenient means of realizing this benefit.  We aim to change that.
